One of the things that I treasure the most is community and relationships. Over the years I’ve learned that empowering others empowers you. Truth be to told, everyone needs someone… When we feel like we are the only ones going through the struggle, someone has already been through it. True growth happens when we share ideas, when we are able to uplift others and when we have intentionally let go of our fears.
Trust that empowering others will automatically elevate your game
If you wish to be successful, help others achieve their personal goals. Why not share your formula if you can? You’ll see magic happen if you do. Success does not occur in a vacuum and I’ve seen results happen rapidly in a community environment. One person’s achievement does not prevent or detract from anyone else’s opportunity to achieve. Quite to the opposite, every achievement creates more possibilities for all to prosper.
We all know that developing a brand and being an entrepreneur is not easy. Its takes time, love, respect, and dedication. I polished my craft through hard work, sheer perseverance and by establishing credibility early on with clients regardless of their status. If you are questioning yourself right now because you are small, scared and trying to find your way…or if your are wondering when your business will finally be profitable. Always remember…overnight success actually takes years.
Several years ago decided to share my experiences through private intensives because in the earlier years of my career I wished there would have been someone guiding me through the obstacles. I know exactly how it feels to be completely alone as an entrepreneur. There were times when I had too many ideas and not enough focus. A little push would have gone a long way . This is precisely why I created KR | The Planner Collective. It is simply a way of empowering women and other business owners on their journey to success.
One more very important thing to remember is that there’s no reason to feel guilty for having achieved more, and there’s no reason to feel jealous for having less. Encourage and celebrate the work of others who seek to do the same!
